If you would like to book and pay now, please do so via the link at the bottom of the page, or click here.

We want to make this conference as accessible and affordable to as many people as possible so we have three levels of pricing.

$1100+GST  Higher income professionals earning over $80,000, government departments, higher income schools/educational providers

(This price is the unsubsidised cost of the conference, the other ticket prices require sponsorship to make them available at a lower rate: we ask that people are honest when they buy tickets.)

$700+GST Low-mid income professionals, lower income schools

$300+GST  Students/volunteers

By buying tickets you agree to our Terms and Conditions

Early bird registrations offer a $100 discount on the $1100 and $700 tickets, if they are brought on or before Monday the 31st of October 2022.

Pay in 5 instalments

We know finances are tight for many people, we are offering the chance to pay in 5 instalments for any ticket price. We suggest payments in August, September, October, November and early February, No payments in December and January as they are expensive times.

I want to attend but I don't have the money?

There are many philanthropic and charitable funders. We suggest approaching a local Rotary club, a Lions club

Alternatively, you could try organising a fundraiser such as a pub quiz, many pubs offer the quiz for free and people pay to attend.

Here is a letter of support to go with funding applications, Letter of Support for Funding.pdf

Can I attend online?

During the pandemic many events have been online, we are flying over speakers because we want an in person event. We have found most people only watch half the content of online conferences and some people check emails while listening to them. We believe there is a much greater engagement and participation of live events. Also, part of the value of attending a conference is meeting new people and creating connections. This does not happen to the same degree by attending online.

If you have a good reason to attend online, please contact us and we may consider this.

Please book early

Even before we have advertised this event to the general public, there has been considerable interest. We anticipate this event will sell out.

There have been a number of events in New Zealand that have had to be cancelled because of low numbers. When the organisers cancelled these events, they discovered people did want to attend but because of covid uncertainty, people waited to the last minute to register.

We have insurance and can refund your money if we need to postpone or cancel the event.

We reserve the right to increase the for sale ticket prices in accordance with inflation. Once you pay for a ticket that is the price you will pay, there will be no increases.

Register for the conference

Once you have registered we will send you our bank account details to pay. We can also invoice your workplace.
